We Introduces its new Microfiber Pleated Filter Cartridge for nominal and high efficiency filtration requirements. These cartridges have a pleated, fixed pore media which has 5 to 10 times more surface area than string wound, molded, or other similar cartridges. All material construction meets the requirements of the FDA. No resin binders, lubricants, or adhesives are used.

We Offers a wide variety of micron ratings, filter sizes, and end cap configurations to provide customers with the right cartridge for their specific application. Standard sizes are 10, 20, 30, and 40 inches long. Our Polyurethane molded end caps for single open end and double open end offers a more improved seal design.

Nominal efficiency cartridges are constructed with all Polyester, Polypropylene, or Cellulose materials. This media offers high dirt-holding capacity, high flow rates, and prevents particle unloading and fiber migration. The particle retention rating is from 1 to 100 microns.

Absolute efficiency cartridges are constructed with Polyester and Polypropylene multilayer media which includes Microfiber Melt blown media for absolute filtration. This media has 99.98% removal efficiency on micron ratings from 0.5 to 90 microns.
